Childcare Worker

About the Role

Lil’Ville Child Care is looking to add committed childcare professionals to its team in Mosta, Malta. The centre is built around a calm, caring atmosphere where young children are treated with the same warmth, attention, and affection they would receive from their parents. The age group cared for is 0 to 3 years, so close attention, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood care are essential.

This opportunity is a strong fit for candidates who are adaptable, energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to the launch and growth of a modern childcare environment. Prior experience in other childcare centres will be considered an advantage.

Role Expectations

The selected child carer will be part of a professional team focused on providing loving, attentive care and supporting a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers. The work calls for responsibility, sensitivity, and the ability to educate and care for children with kindness.

Eligibility Requirements

• MQF Level 4 qualification in Childcare
• Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
• Ability to communicate in both Maltese and English
• A character reference submitted with the application
• An employment history document issued by Jobsplus
• A recent police conduct certificate
• Food handling certificate
