This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner employer, which handles the application review and all later hiring steps. The partner is seeking a Chat Operator located in Germany. The role focuses on digital communication support and AI-assisted monitoring in a fast-moving, international remote setting. It is designed for someone who can stay attentive over long periods, notice subtle issues in conversations, and help improve the quality of automated replies.

You will contribute to keeping chat interactions accurate, clear, and user-friendly across a large online environment. The work also includes spotting inconsistencies in AI-generated messages and helping refine system behavior. Because the role is highly structured and repetitive, it suits a disciplined, analytical person who is comfortable working with chat data and digital interaction tools.

Key accountabilities

Observe chat exchanges throughout extended daily shifts of 8 hours or more to maintain a smooth and appropriate conversation flow.
Step into conversations from time to time to improve clarity, tone, or the quality of responses delivered on behalf of companions.
Review, compare, and interpret interaction patterns between users and conversational agents or companions.
Evaluate how well AI-supported replies perform, noting both effective elements and weak points.
Flag technical problems or content issues in automated responses so they can be improved over time.
Arrange requests for supporting materials, such as images or videos, when needed to match the user’s interaction requirements.

Candidate profile
