Change Management Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a remote Change Management Consultant for a retail-sector client. This assignment runs for 6 months and is structured as a part-time contract. Compensation is offered at an hourly rate of $70 to $85 on W2, with pay based on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead initiatives that support culture transformation and help managers build the capability needed to deliver lasting performance gains across teams and functions.
• Carry out organizational readiness reviews, interpret the findings, and share a concise summary before proposing the change approach to the project group and senior leadership.
• Guide leadership on organizational development, change management, and behavioral change challenges that could affect a successful rollout.
