It produces printed and digital products for businesses of all sizes, ranging from global brands to small independent creators. The company’s main office is in London, with additional sites in Dagenham, Boston, Lincoln, Denver, and a newer office in Cape Town.
Team Overview
This role sits within the Pricing & Commercial Performance team, which supports commercial functions across the business, including customer acquisition, CRM, brand marketing, and pricing. The team uses data and insight to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies, and works across the full customer journey with a growing focus on the digital experience.
Role Summary
The position blends category management, pricing strategy, and operational analysis. You will help power pricing decisions, interpret manufacturing performance, and give Category Managers the forecasts they need to make informed commercial choices.
The work spans a broad, multi-currency pricing environment with many product variants, different regions, and shipping models that combine production lead times with delivery commitments. Alongside pricing, you will analyse product trends, quality results, demand patterns, and margin drivers to support category decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of multi-currency pricing sheets across product families and variants.
- Review price structures for consistency, spot irregularities, and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Set up and run a competitor pricing intelligence process, including tools, scraping, and analysis.
- Help shape pricing approaches for new launches, promotions, and international markets.
- Build shipping price and delivery models that account for production timing and fulfilment differences.
- Create forecasting models that support Category Managers with demand planning and product performance tracking.
- Monitor manufacturing quality data to surface trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Produce dashboards, reports, and insights that enable data-led decision-making.
- Work with Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering to strengthen data quality and pricing controls.
- Drive improvements in pricing and category management processes.
What We’re Looking For
- A solid analytical background such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Finance, or a similar field.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability, including handling large datasets and multi-file workbooks.
- Hands-on experience with structured data tools or formats such as CSV, SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to interpret data in a broader business context.
- Confidence in managing complex systems and improving them over time.
- The ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A curious, proactive approach and comfort working through ambiguous problems.
- The ability to balance competing priorities while delivering accurate work quickly.
- High attention to detail when precision matters, with a pragmatic approach when speed is needed.
- Enjoyment of collaborative, cross-functional working.
- The ability to build trust through credibility, clear communication, and sound judgment.
- A collaborative mindset that supports others through feedback and knowledge sharing.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience with competitor price scraping or pricing intelligence in marketplaces.
- Background in category management or product lifecycle analysis.
- Exposure to manufacturing quality metrics or operational performance reporting.
- Knowledge of e-commerce pricing approaches.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Snowflake.
- Experience with forecasting methods or statistical modelling.
- Understanding of multi-currency pricing or international markets.
- Exposure to shipping or logistics cost modelling.

These tools support recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. If you want more information about data handling, you can contact the company directly.
