Role overview
Show Support is looking for casual general labourers to join event crews across Australia. This role is suited to people who want flexible shifts, varied work environments, and the chance to be part of live events and venue setups.
What the job involves
- Taking on shifts that fit your availability, including evening, night, and weekend work.
- Working in different venues and event environments where activity is fast-paced and varied.
- Traveling for work opportunities, including the option to combine work with a working holiday.
- Handling manual tasks and physically demanding duties as part of event crewing and setup.
- Being paid weekly with superannuation included, without needing to issue invoices or follow up on payments.
- Accessing work opportunities nationwide.
Qualifications and attributes
- Comfort with manual labour and regular heavy lifting.
- Ability to wear steel cap boots and other required PPE.
- Prior exposure to event setup work.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Willingness to take direction and follow instructions carefully.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt when plans change.
Pay and conditions
