About the Role

Jacob & Co. is hiring a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused Business Process Improvement Manager to strengthen and optimize the daily operations of its New York office and retail business.

This position suits someone who enjoys fast-moving luxury environments and is skilled at creating structure, refining workflows, and rolling out scalable processes across teams. Key Responsibilities

SOP creation and process rollout

  • Develop, maintain, revise, and put into practice standard operating procedures across departments.

  • Carry out operational checks and identify areas where improvements are needed.
