Role overview
This contract position is for a remote Business Presentation Consultant who will shape high-impact presentations for strategic business work. The role involves turning complex business information into polished, executive-level slides and supporting communication needs for leadership audiences.
What you will do
- Create persuasive, content-led presentations for key strategic initiatives, using advanced Microsoft PowerPoint capabilities.
- Work with different teams to simplify dense information into clear slide content suited for executives.
- Convert data insights and performance measures into strong visual business stories.
- Assist with executive communications by making sure the final output is accurate, concise, and easy to follow.
- Recommend effective practices for presentation structure, narrative flow, and information prioritization.
What we are looking for
- Advanced command of Microsoft PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in strategic planning and business strategy, ideally in large organizations.
- Strong writing and speaking skills with an emphasis on executive-level communication.
- Exposure to operations consulting, financial control, or marketing analytics.
- Capability to turn complex data into presentations that are clear, convincing, and audience-ready.
Working arrangement
This is a remote contract role with an expected commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.
Compensation
Pay ranges from $30 to $55 per hour.
