About the Role
We are a rising dessert and ingredient brand creating new-age products and reimagining the Indian dessert space. Our growth plans span catering, HORECA, QSRs, institutional sales, and franchise-led formats. We are hiring a proactive, sharp, and field-ready Business Development & Strategic Outreach Manager to help us form strong industry connections and open up new business opportunities across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and bring on board HORECA traders and distributors.
- Build relationships with founders, business leaders, and menu teams at QSRs, cafés, and franchise brands.
- Spot and pursue new business models and partnership avenues.
- Explore tie-ups across catering, retail, gifting, hospitality, and foodservice networks.
- Support product placement and application discussions by clearly presenting business potential.
- Take occasional outstation trips for key account partnerships and onboarding.
- Track supply chain performance and product reach across different regions of the country.
Ideal Profile
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to do fieldwork and travel as needed.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with strong startup drive.
- Practical, resourceful, and execution-oriented.
- Experience in food, HORECA, FMCG, or catering sales is a plus.
- Someone who focuses on building long-term relationships, not just closing sales.
Compensation
Expected pay is in the range of ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month CTC, along with TA/DA, outstation allowances, and incentives plus milestone rewards of up to ₹30,000 per month. Salary is flexible for the right candidate.
