About the Company
XSeller.AI is an Auckland-based company focused on AI voice agents. Its product, Sophie, works as an AI receptionist that can answer clinic calls, schedule appointments, and carry out patient follow-ups around the clock. The company is already operating with businesses across New Zealand in sectors such as dental care, physiotherapy, skin clinics, trades, and other service SMEs. It is built in Auckland, founder-led, and designed to operate in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Role Overview
The company is looking for 2 Business Development Contractors based anywhere in New Zealand. This is a commission-based contract arrangement rather than an employment role. Contractors are expected to bring in their own leads, close their own clients, and earn commission on each successful deal. Once 5 clients have been signed, the agreement automatically converts into a full-time salaried position, while the commission structure remains in place. This conversion condition is included in the contractor agreement from the start.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain your own sales pipeline of New Zealand clinics and small-to-medium businesses.
- Reach out to prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and your existing contacts.
- Present live demonstrations of Sophie using the dummy clinic environment provided by the company.
- Turn interested prospects into signed customers.
- Work on your own while receiving direct support from the founder.
Compensation and Offer
- Earn between $200 and $500 in commission for every client signed, with payment made immediately after a successful close.
- The role converts automatically to a full-time salaried position after 5 signed clients.
- There is no cap on earning potential.
- Full training on the product and access to a live demo environment are provided.
- The role is fully remote across New Zealand.
- You will work closely and directly with the founders.
