Role overview
Helius Technologies is hiring a Business Analyst for a banking assignment in Singapore. This is a one-year contract that can be renewed, and the role requires close collaboration with business and project stakeholders to manage application-related requirements, support delivery, and ensure strong documentation and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and maintain complete information for the application within the assigned business vertical.
- Review details that may include system integrations, the content of data being transmitted, and data stored within the application.
- Assist the user community by responding to business queries and guiding better day-to-day use of the system for BAU activities.
- Understand the project scope and related changes, and support the Project Manager with impact analysis.
- Document clearly when no impact is identified and record the reasons behind that assessment.
- Where an impact exists, take a governance role to ensure the solution design supports the strategic data flow approach from source to core processing.
- Consolidate and rationalize stakeholder requirements, then walk the team through those requirements.
- Work closely with the team during solution design so the proposed business solution is practical, standardized, and built with a long-term, low-operations mindset.
- Evaluate and recommend the right testing approach and sign-off criteria, then obtain stakeholder alignment.
- Manage the UAT process end to end, including timelines, batch run and rerun coordination, and tracking tester outcomes.
- Prepare accurate documentation covering data flow, design, business solutioning, and testing approach using the required templates.
Experience and contract details
