Business Analyst

Role overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-focused Business Analyst to assess how work is currently done, collect and refine business needs, interpret data, and help guide decisions that improve performance. In this position, you will connect business stakeholders with operational and technical teams, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to solutions that strengthen efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Collect business needs from stakeholders, analyze them, and document them clearly.
• Review existing processes to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Use data analysis to support day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications and process documents.
• Work with teams across operations, finance, technology, and management.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that explain business insights.
• Carry out gap analysis, workflow mapping, and process optimization work.
• Assist with planning, implementation, testing, and change-management activities for projects.
• Track KPIs and other performance measures to monitor business results.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepare business cases, recommendations, and improvement plans.
• Make sure project outputs match business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Prior exposure to business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving ability.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
• Strong written, verbal, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into practical actions.
• Well-developed organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working both independently and with others in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
