About the Role

You will support HR and payroll operations by delivering technology solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This position is with a major residential window and door manufacturer whose brand portfolio serves both new construction and replacement markets across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Assist HR and payroll teams by improving business processes through practical, scalable technology support.
Administer Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll tools across multiple business units.
Partner with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to support Workday HCM-related technology needs.
Convert business needs into technical requirements or suggest process improvements when a system fix is not the best solution.
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and ongoing support for Workday HCM issues.
Create reports and dashboards that help monitor important HR performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with emphasis on Workday HCM.
Hands-on knowledge of Core HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll administration.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Clear verbal and written communication, along with good interpersonal skills.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
