Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the main marketing point of contact and build a channel go-to-market plan covering promotions, animation partnerships, and consumer activations.

  • Study market trends, monitor competitor moves, and recommend proactive responses.
  • Lead the smooth delivery of product launches and trade marketing programmes in line with the marketing calendar and in collaboration with marketing services, sales, and training teams.
  • Use launch and campaign activities to build brand awareness, attract new customers, retain existing ones, and increase repeat purchase.
  • Monitor business and channel sales performance and translate findings into follow-up actions.
  • Implement door-to-door marketing initiatives, including CRM, events, and promotions.
  • Take ownership of budget management and overall P&L responsibility.
  • Set local CRM campaign priorities for the brand.
  • Build the CRM campaign calendar and keep customer segments current and relevant.
  • Develop engaging brand communications aligned to the right product mix.
  • Use customer purchase history and other data to improve CRM planning, analytics, and programme effectiveness.
  • Design, execute, and refine CRM campaigns, then evaluate them against target KPIs and capture learnings.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in brand management and/or marketing, ideally within beauty or FMCG.
  • Experience in luxury beauty or consumer brands will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong commercial understanding and solid business judgement.
  • Comfort working with data, solving problems, and taking initiative with an entrepreneurial mindset.
