Role overview

Flexton is seeking a Brand Designer for a remote role based in the United States. This opportunity is for W2 employment only and supports design work for one of the company’s Bay Area clients.

What you’ll do

Handle day-to-day brand and creative design requests, producing and adapting assets for several channels.
Partner with designers, writers, and creative leads to keep visual output aligned with campaign goals.
Explain design ideas and the reasoning behind them clearly to teammates and cross-functional partners when needed.
Protect brand consistency by applying brand standards across all deliverables.
Use AI-driven and newer creative tools to speed up production, create variations, and improve workflow efficiency.
Create marketing collateral for both digital and print, such as social content, presentations, banners, flyers, and similar materials.

Requirements

Advanced Figma skills are required, including the ability to create, update, and manage design files across multiple projects and teams.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Background in designing social media creatives and resizing/adapting assets for different platforms and formats.
Solid understanding of branding, typography, color usage, and composition.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities, with comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Well-organized, detail-focused, and capable of balancing several deadlines at once.
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related area is expected.
At least 3 years of experience in brand design or graphic design, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
