Role overview
E.S. Fox Limited is hiring a Billing Clerk for its Niagara Falls, Ontario office. This is an established vacancy within a long-standing Canadian construction and fabrication business that has operated for more than 90 years.
The role reports to the Accounting Operations Manager and focuses on billing administration, information checks, data entry, report preparation, and support for resolving billing issues. The position may also involve answering billing-related questions from customers and Project Managers.
Compensation
The posted salary range for this position is CAD 55,000 to CAD 60,000 annually.
Key duties
You will help set up jobs from a billing standpoint, verify contract requirements, coordinate with Project Managers, prepare and validate reports, and maintain accurate billing records. The work also includes preparing paperless billing packages, pricing labour and materials when needed, and supporting continuous improvements in billing workflows.
