About the Team

The Admin function at Navi keeps everyday workplace operations running reliably and is responsible for creating a better employee experience. The team handles office services, logistics coordination, and a wide range of administrative activities that help internal stakeholders meet their goals.

What You’ll Handle

  • Take charge of daily office administration and facility operations to maintain a tidy, secure, and well-functioning workplace.
  • Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and cafeteria activities so service quality remains high and employee support stays uninterrupted.
  • Make sure pantry stock, office consumables, and employee amenities are always available.
  • Track food quality, meal availability, hygiene practices, and the overall cafeteria experience.
  • Work with vendors and service partners on maintenance, repairs, and smooth facility functioning while meeting SLA commitments.
  • Serve as the first contact for administration-related employee queries and resolve them promptly.
  • Carry out regular inspections, audits, and walkarounds to spot and fix operational issues early.
  • Maintain operational records, checklists, trackers, MIS reports, and shared repository documentation.
  • Follow the annual operations calendar, including recurring activities and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Coordinate periodic services such as carpet shampooing, plant audits and replacements, deep cleaning, pest control, and other workplace upkeep tasks.
  • Arrange and support meetings, events, leadership visits, and employee engagement activities on site.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth workplace environment and a strong employee experience.
  • Process vendor invoices, monitor budgets, and update operational reports.
  • Support improvement initiatives aimed at better employee experience, stronger operations, and higher workplace standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years of experience in corporate administration, integrated facilities management, hospitality operations, or workplace services.
  • A graduate in any discipline; a background in Hotel Management (BHM) is preferred.
  • Good understanding of housekeeping, cafeteria, pantry, and facility operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing office premises of 3–4 lakh sq. ft. or more.
  • Proven ability in vendor coordination, stakeholder handling, and SLA management.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with facility audits and compliance verification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of stakeholders.
  • Well-developed organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-driven approach with ownership mindset and close attention to detail.
