Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp and perceptive individual to join our Global Recruitment Operations team in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, which is a key part of the Talent Acquisition function. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This is an operations-centric position focused on supporting recruiters and hiring teams through precise, timely, and process-driven task completion.

Candidate Profile

• An undergraduate degree is required, coupled with a minimum of three months of prior professional experience.
• Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, a methodical, process-oriented approach, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
