Role overview
This position is for someone who enjoys tackling operational challenges and improving both process efficiency and financial controls. The role sits within the billing and collections function and is central to the accurate handling of customer accounts.
What you will do
You will support the team in managing customer accounts correctly, reviewing data to identify exceptions, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen finance procedures and policies.
- Guide executives to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Collaborate with other teams to support business initiatives
- Offer guidance to business units so they can make informed decisions

Additional information
JTC Corporation is recognised as an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for practical experience required toward Singapore CA qualification. The organisation is certified by the Singapore Accountancy Commission as having the required training standards, accountancy resources, and development support for Singapore CA qualification candidates to complete their practical experience.

This is a 2-year contract role based in Singapore.
