Architectural Engineer

About the Role

This position focuses on creating, checking, and overseeing architectural work so it aligns with project needs, applicable building regulations, and expected quality levels. The role also provides technical support to project teams across design, construction, and final handover stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Examine and sign off on architectural shop drawings and material submissions.
• Work closely with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to keep the project coordinated.
• Visit project sites to verify that the work matches the approved design and quality requirements.
• Spot design-related challenges and recommend workable solutions.
• Make sure all work follows building codes, safety rules, and project standards.
• Assist project managers by preparing technical reports and status updates.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Between 3 and 7 years of experience in architectural design or construction supervision is needed.
• Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and similar design software is expected.
• Strong familiarity with building codes, construction materials, and building methods is essential.
