Role Overview

This position involves high-volume outbound calling and lead generation for U.S.-based hospitals, clinics, private practices, startups, and technology companies. The selected candidate will promote Virtual Assistant and Medical Virtual Assistant services, qualify prospects, and arrange appointments for the sales team.

Key Duties

Place a large number of outbound cold calls each day to potential clients in the U.S. market.
Present the company’s Virtual Assistant and Medical Virtual Assistant offerings in a persuasive manner.
Identify and source leads independently using outreach and research-based methods.
Apply prospecting approaches such as NPI-based research, online investigation, database mining, and outbound lead generation.
Secure qualified demos and sales meetings for the team.
Track leads, manage follow-ups, and keep records up to date.
Handle roughly 80 to 100 outbound calls per day comfortably.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
Working knowledge of outbound sales methods and prospecting techniques.
Strong command of English, including communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in speaking with international clients.
A self-driven, goal-oriented attitude.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience in healthcare outreach or B2B prospecting is an added advantage.

Compensation

The package includes a competitive base salary, commission for each qualified demo booked, and additional commission tied to successful conversions.
