The PCA Group is a leader in raising capital, executing secondary transactions, and providing capital solutions for private investment funds. Since 2003, we have successfully raised over $145 billion across more than 145 funds. Our extensive network includes over 1,500 institutional investors globally. Our secondary advisory team has been instrumental in numerous significant and innovative secondary market transactions.

Lines of Business within PCA:

• Secondary Advisory: A global team specializing in advising on the divestiture of private fund and direct securities interests through GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions. We manage sales processes for fund interests and direct company stakes for both fund managers and institutional investors, advising many leading financial sponsors and pioneering market structures. We are also a leading advisor for management company sales/spin-outs and financial sponsor liquidity solutions.
• Private Equity and Credit Fund Placement: We assist private equity and credit firms in raising capital across various fund types and structures, utilizing decades of experience and a global network of capital sources. We have a strong track record in complex transactions and diverse strategies.
• Real Asset Fund Placement: We advise real estate and real asset general partners on capital raising. Our expertise covers equity and debt-focused managers, various investment vehicles, and complex real estate and real asset fund restructurings.

Role Overview

As an Analyst on the Private Equity and Credit Fund Placement team, you will collaborate with Associates, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors to execute fundraising transactions. Your role will involve supporting deal teams throughout the transaction preparation, marketing, and due diligence phases.
