About the Role
This position is for an Inbound US voice process focused on customer care, sales, and upselling. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the United States, helping resolve their questions, explaining product and service details, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through relevant recommendations.
What You Will Do
- Take incoming customer calls in a polite, professional, and service-oriented way.
- Use active listening and targeted questions to clearly understand customer needs and concerns.
- Share correct and timely information about products, services, pricing, and promotional offers while looking for upsell opportunities.
- Address objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism to support successful conversions.
- Record customer conversations, inquiries, issues, and sales details accurately in the CRM system.
- Work toward or beyond individual and team sales goals, including upselling on every suitable call.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and relevant market practices.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior exposure to customer service and sales, ideally in a call center setting.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time well.
- Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking under pressure.
- Comfort in a high-speed, performance-driven work environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
