Role overview
The Airfreight Logistics Coordinator will support daily airfreight operations by preparing and sharing operational reports, maintaining accurate shipment records, handling data entry, and following up on outstanding package issues. The role also involves resolving exceptions outside the office when required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate operational reports such as manifests, load discrepancy reports, hold lists, and warehouse reports to the relevant internal teams.
- Enter paperwork data carefully and submit volume shipment information into UPS systems for tracking purposes.
- Monitor incoming emails and actively follow up on inbound package issues and discrepancy checks.
- Handle unresolved packages outside the office, including address corrections and exception resolution.
Requirements
- A diploma or an equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics data management or in the logistics/aviation sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with solid interpersonal ability.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Availability to work shifts, particularly night shifts within the stated time windows of 11pm to 9am, 10pm to 8am, or 9pm to 7am.
- Willingness to work overtime and on public holidays when operational needs require it.
