Role overview

We are looking for a seasoned Agile / Project Manager to guide cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery. This role focuses on keeping projects on track, coordinating people and resources, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. A strong emphasis is placed on Agile practices and continuous improvement to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Own projects end to end, from kickoff to final delivery.
  • Run Agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Set the project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work with multiple teams to make sure milestones are completed on time.
  • Track progress, risks, blockers, and interdependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and allocation of team capacity.
  • Share updates, progress reports, and recommendations with stakeholders and leadership.

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and juggling several projects at once.
