Role summary
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position in Doha, Qatar. The role is designed to keep daily office activities running smoothly by supporting correspondence, meeting coordination, record maintenance, and administrative support for executive and internal teams.
What you will do
- Manage routine office workflows and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and organized manner.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for staff and leadership.
- Maintain both digital and paper-based records, files, and documentation.
- Respond to and route phone calls professionally.
- Welcome visitors and provide courteous front-desk support.
- Prepare simple reports, notes, and supporting paperwork as needed.
- Support internal communication across teams.
- Assist with travel planning and related logistics.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure equipment and essentials are properly maintained.
- Work with colleagues to help business operations stay efficient and aligned with service standards.
Requirements
- Experience providing administrative or executive-level support.
- Working knowledge of clerical tasks, record management, and document handling.
- Clear verbal and written communication, plus polished phone manners.
- Comfort using office tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic data entry ability and accuracy in routine documentation.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several priorities in a busy setting.
- Discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
- Prior exposure to an office support role is preferred.
- High school diploma is required; extra training or certification in administration or office management is a plus.
