Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Admin Executive by handling daily administrative operations.
- Organize and regularly update office documentation, files, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage timely follow-ups to maintain smooth operations.
- Help manage office inventory and oversee supplies.
- Create basic reports, manage data entry tasks, and assist with Management Information Systems as needed.
- Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by the supervising manager.
