Role overview
Beecruit Pte Ltd is hiring an Accounts Payable and Admin Assistant to join the Finance Team in Singapore. The role combines accounts payable work with day-to-day office administration, supporting both finance operations and general workplace coordination.
Accounts payable and invoice processing
- Receive supplier invoices, check them for accuracy, and process them accordingly.
- Cross-check invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders, and contract documents.
Payments and reimbursements
- Prepare scheduled payment runs.
- Monitor payment timelines to help ensure vendors are paid on time.
- Process staff claims and reimbursements.
Vendor coordination
- Keep supplier and contractor information up to date.
- Address questions related to billing, invoice differences, and payment concerns.
- Match vendor statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies.
Financial recordkeeping
- Record transactions in the accounting system.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Organize and maintain invoice, receipt, and payment files for audit readiness.
Office administration
- Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when required.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repair work, and external service providers.
- Handle incoming mail and help maintain general office order.
- Provide broad administrative support to the team and management as needed.
Requirements
- At least an NITEC certificate in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in administration and accounts or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, and accounting software.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with urgency and deadlines.
- Self-driven and able to work well as part of a team.
- Good English communication skills.
- Training will be provided.

This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time, onsite role.
