Video Editing and Content Creation Intern

About the internship

Centre for Responsible Business (CRB) is looking for a part-time intern to support its visual content and communication work in Delhi. The role involves producing polished video and design assets that help showcase events, workshops, campaigns, and impact stories connected to sustainability and responsible business.

What you will work on

• Create and edit both short-form content such as reels and clips, as well as longer video formats for events, training sessions, workshops, and campaigns.
• Enhance videos with subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, animations, and audio improvements.
• Develop eye-catching social media creatives, digital banners, infographics, and presentation or report visuals.
• Make sure all creative outputs follow CRB's brand identity and visual standards.
• Support the documentation of workshops, trainings, and field visits to capture stories and outcomes.
• Assist with scripting and storyboarding, and help translate sustainability concepts into clear visual communication.
• Keep multimedia files, project assets, and digital resources well organized and easy to access.

Who can apply

This internship is open to candidates who can work part time, begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Applicants should have relevant interests and skills. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Preferred background and tools

Candidates from Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Film/Media Studies are preferred. Strong hands-on experience with video editing and design tools is expected, along with a creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to work on several tasks at once while meeting deadlines.

Additional requirement

Applicants must share a portfolio link that demonstrates relevant video editing and/or design work to be considered. An interest in sustainability, social impact, and ESG topics is an added advantage.

Stipend and schedule

The internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month. The role is onsite in Delhi and follows a 5-day work week with flexible hours.
