About the internship

This role is for an in-office social media marketing internship based in Pune. The selected intern will help plan, create, publish, and improve content across major social platforms while supporting day-to-day engagement and campaign execution. The position is for six months and is meant for candidates who can join right away.

Social media strategy and execution

Build channel-specific social media plans and support their implementation. Maintain monthly publishing schedules and make sure posts go out on time with the right optimization for each platform.

Content creation and management

Develop, organize, and manage engaging content across formats such as posts, reels, videos, stories, and similar creatives. Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce strong, effective assets.

Community engagement

Handle comments, direct messages, and reviews to help strengthen the brand’s online presence. Interact with followers, influencers, and related communities in a meaningful way.

Trend monitoring and experimentation

Keep track of current social media trends, platform changes, and best practices. Test new content formats such as Reels, Stories, Lives, and Polls to improve visibility and interaction.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are available for the full six-month duration, can begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, and have relevant skills and interest in social media marketing.

Other requirements

Good working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
Comfort using scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong command of written and spoken communication.
A creative approach with an eye for aesthetics and presentation.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
