This part-time, work-from-home internship is designed for a proactive and detail-focused Operations Intern who can help coordinate healthcare-related initiatives. The role gives practical exposure to healthcare operations, engagement with doctors and medical partners, and collaboration across teams.

Jarurat Care is working toward building India’s largest cancer care community. Its mission centers on spreading awareness about preventive steps for cancers that were once considered rare, supporting caregivers through mentorship, and creating a lasting support network so families affected by cancer can access meaningful help.
What you will do
- Support the development and management of partnerships with hospitals, clinics, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Keep partner databases, contact lists, and outreach records accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate communication with healthcare collaborators for partnership opportunities and patient support efforts.
- Create and manage Google Forms for collecting partnership, outreach, and feedback data.
- Organize, review, and interpret information related to medical partnerships, patient engagement, and program performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to help draft emails, create reports, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Work with internal teams to ensure healthcare initiatives are executed smoothly.
- Help onboard new medical partners and maintain professional relationships.
- Handle documentation carefully, protect confidential information, and follow organizational procedures.
