About the Internship
This part-time, work-from-home marketing internship is with Simtrak, a management services company involved in team and task management, recruitment support, lead generation, social media marketing, event management, and similar operations. The role combines client communication, outreach, coordination, and day-to-day marketing support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with new clients and prospective leads.
- Stay in touch with current clients and track progress on assigned tasks.
- Plan and coordinate interviews and selection stages, both online and offline.
- Handle communication between candidates and internal teams.
- Support end-to-end counselling for leads interested in different courses and help them select suitable programs.
- Maintain operational records, paperwork, and related documentation.
- Organize and manage webinars from start to finish.
- Update and maintain Excel and Google Sheets records.
- Run bulk email outreach for promotions, events, and community updates.
- Support lead-generation efforts through multiple promotional approaches.
- Work with schools, colleges, and communities for social initiatives and outreach activities.
- Assist with internal coordination and team-building initiatives.
- Take part in market visits and project coordination activities.
Work Schedule
The internship runs Monday through Saturday. You will be expected to work 6 hours each day on Zoom, within the 10 am to 10 pm window.
