About the internship
JP IT STAFFING LLC is seeking a remote IT Admin intern who is comfortable working with technology, communicating clearly in English, and using MS Office and MS Excel effectively.
What you’ll do
- Support staff by diagnosing basic technical problems and helping resolve IT-related issues.
- Keep IT hardware, devices, and software tools organized and functioning properly.
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and installing computer systems and network components.
- Maintain IT logs, records, and documentation with accuracy.
- Work alongside the IT team on day-to-day tasks and assigned projects.
- Help train and guide employees on common IT tools and procedures.
- Keep track of current IT trends and technologies to support process improvement.
