Human Resources (HR) Internship (Work From Home, Part-Time)

About the internship

This part-time, remote HR internship offers hands-on exposure to core people-operations work within a youth-focused organization. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR activities, helping the team stay organized, and contributing to initiatives that improve the employee experience.

What you will work on

• Help with hiring tasks such as sharing openings, reviewing resumes, and arranging interview schedules.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Maintain and organize employee records.
• Support planning and delivery of employee engagement activities.
• Assist in training and development efforts.
• Provide support in performance management-related processes.
• Work with the HR team on assigned projects and other initiatives.

Working arrangement

This internship is work from home and requires a commitment of 4 hours every day, scheduled between 11 am and 10 pm. Applicants must have their own laptop to perform the role effectively.
