About the internship
This role is for an energetic, customer-oriented intern who will support a fashion retail presence at the IMC Event held at Jio World Convention Centre. The internship offers practical exposure to fashion retail operations, direct customer interaction, selling, and event-day store support.
What you’ll do
- Engage with customers, understand their preferences, and help them choose suitable styles and products.
- Build a working understanding of the merchandise, including sizes, fits, fabrics, and garment specifications.
- Process billing and sales records with accuracy.
- Assist with daily stock verification, inventory tracking, and restocking needs.
- Support visual merchandising and keep the stall looking presentable and well-organized.
- Measure garments and customers’ body dimensions whenever needed.
- Contribute to a smooth, positive, and hassle-free customer experience throughout the event.
