  • Raise and protect the conversion benchmark by continuously improving site performance and funnel quality.
  • Create one cohesive customer/account journey across brands, including membership, bundles, and subscriptions.
  • Serve as the internal product manager for engineering and design by defining requirements and scoping builds.
  • Take ownership of site reliability, load speed, technical infrastructure, and overall performance.
  • Work closely with Paid, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to jointly drive first-order volume and retention.
  • Stand up new brands and launch new websites from scratch.
  • Develop an AI-enabled operating model to improve ecommerce team productivity and output.
