About the internship
Writer Information Private Limited is looking for a Voice Process - Banking Intern to support customer interactions in the banking domain. In this role, you will speak with customers over the phone, help address their banking-related needs, and build practical communication experience in a professional environment.
What you’ll do
- Handle customer queries by phone and offer clear, courteous, and timely support.
- Place outbound calls to follow up on transactions and collect feedback about the customer experience.
- Record every customer conversation accurately in the company’s internal system.
- Coordinate with the banking team to keep daily operations running efficiently.
- Work with teammates to spot ways to improve customer service workflows.
- Use MS Office applications to prepare reports and review interaction-related data.
- Keep yourself informed about banking rules and industry updates so you can share correct information with customers.
