Role overview
Join a growing product and design team as a junior UX Designer focused on building thoughtful, easy-to-use digital experiences. This role suits new graduates or early-career professionals who want practical exposure in UX while contributing to real products.
What you will do
- Support user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.
- Partner with UI designers and developers to shape intuitive digital experiences.
- Review user feedback and research insights to improve product usability.
- Help maintain design systems and UX-related documentation.
- Take part in ideation sessions, design critiques, and product workshops.
- Work with cross-functional teams to keep solutions aligned with user-centered design principles.
- Keep track of current UX practices, accessibility expectations, and industry trends.
What we are looking for
- A genuine interest in UX design and solving user problems.
- Basic knowledge of UX principles, user research, and interaction design.
- Comfort using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Miro.
- Clear communication, teamwork, and presentation abilities.
- Creative thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn quickly, accept feedback, and develop in a dynamic setting.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous internship exposure, university projects, or a personal UX portfolio will be viewed positively.
- Experience with usability testing, accessibility, and responsive design is an added advantage.
