  • Use proactive outreach methods such as cold calling and LinkedIn search to engage passive candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to keep candidate profiles aligned with business needs.
  • Keep accurate interview notes and documentation to support an efficient and smooth candidate journey.

Requirements

  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in IT, software, or engineering.
  • Previous experience recruiting in a SaaS, technology, or consulting setting.
  • Strong outbound sourcing capability, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn searching.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Availability to work a fixed 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule in the EST time zone.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing several open roles at the same time and working to tight deadlines.
