The position centers on creating and managing a strong pipeline of creative professionals who can support large-scale performance marketing and content production work. The role involves finding, assessing, and onboarding skilled creators, designers, editors, and strategists whose work directly supports campaign performance and brand growth. It is a fast-moving, data-driven, and highly collaborative environment where creative quality and outcomes matter equally. You will partner closely with creative leadership to anticipate hiring needs and align the right talent to the right projects at the right time. Key accountabilities
- Find, evaluate, and shortlist strong creative professionals, including editors, designers, strategists, and UGC creators.
- Lead screening and briefing conversations to assess capability, communication style, and overall fit.
- Develop and nurture a structured talent pipeline that can support both immediate and future campaign requirements.
- Work with creative leadership to set hiring priorities and close talent gaps.
- Own the full talent acquisition flow, from outreach and assessment through to onboarding.
- Keep talent records, trackers, and databases well organized using spreadsheets and sourcing tools.
- Review submitted creative work to confirm it meets brand and campaign quality standards.
- Track changes in the creative market and stay current on talent benchmarks.
- Provide candidates with a smooth, professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Casting Networks, Billo, and similar tools to source talent.
Candidate profile
- At least 2 years of experience in talent management, creative recruitment, influencer partnerships, or a similar function.
- Demonstrated success in hiring creative talent in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in interview and evaluation calls.
- Excellent planning and time-management abilities, with the capacity to run several pipelines at once.
- Experience partnering with creative, marketing, or performance-focused teams.
- Ability to judge both technical creative ability and softer traits such as communication and cultural fit.
- Comfort reviewing portfolios, reels, and case studies.
- Hands-on experience with freelance and sourcing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Casting Networks, and similar services.
- Solid understanding of creative production environments, ideally in agency or DTC settings.
- Ability to work independently in a remote contractor arrangement that follows EST working hours.
