Store Manager

Role Overview

Panda Restaurant Group is looking for seasoned leaders to step into a Store Manager role. In this position, you will oversee one restaurant location and help drive both performance and guest satisfaction. What You Will Handle

You will be accountable for running a single store end to end. The role includes staffing, leading, and directing associates so the location meets its financial targets while delivering a consistently strong guest experience.

Training and Development

Experience and Scheduling Needs

• High school diploma is required
• Ability to work at a store within a 50-mile radius
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• ServeSafe certification for food safety

Work Environment and Physical Expectations

The position is based in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Work areas may be hot, crowded, and noisy, with limited storage and high shelving. The job requires standing for long periods, preparing hot and cold food, using kitchen equipment such as a Chinese cook knife, and working accurately at speed. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch countertops to serve guests. Strong verbal communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage conflicts and changing priorities are important.
