Classic Collision is seeking a Shop Porter to support daily operations at its auto body location in Summerville, South Carolina. Key duties
- Keep the front office clean and organized each day by emptying trash, cleaning floors, and dusting surfaces.
- Assist the detailing department whenever additional help is needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the production area by removing waste, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, helping clean spray booths, and returning tools and equipment to the correct places.
- Use company vehicles to complete shop errands, pick up parts, and transport customer vehicles for pickup and delivery.
- Keep parking areas and exterior grounds tidy and orderly.
- Carry out minor building or equipment upkeep and repairs when required.
- Protect vehicles from bad weather conditions.
- Ensure vehicles are secured and that keys are stored separately and safely.
- Take on other assigned tasks needed to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Strong communication skills are needed to work effectively with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to handle equipment safely and efficiently is essential.

Physical requirements
