Key duties

• Keep the front office clean and organized each day by emptying trash, cleaning floors, and dusting surfaces.
• Assist the detailing department whenever additional help is needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the production area by removing waste, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, helping clean spray booths, and returning tools and equipment to the correct places.
• Use company vehicles to complete shop errands, pick up parts, and transport customer vehicles for pickup and delivery.
• Keep parking areas and exterior grounds tidy and orderly.
• Carry out minor building or equipment upkeep and repairs when required.
• Protect vehicles from bad weather conditions.
• Ensure vehicles are secured and that keys are stored separately and safely.
• Take on other assigned tasks needed to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Strong communication skills are needed to work effectively with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to handle equipment safely and efficiently is essential.

Physical requirements

This position involves regular use of hands, talking, and hearing. It also frequently requires standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. The role may occasionally involve reaching, moving objects up to 20 pounds, and working with close vision, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
