About the Role

The team is looking for a skilled and proactive Senior IT Support Specialist to strengthen the IT function. This position combines hands-on technical support with ownership of Windows and Mac endpoint delivery, security, and management. You will support end users, including VIPs and senior leaders, while helping maintain reliable, secure systems in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do

  • Provide prompt onsite and remote support to users, including high-priority support for VIPs and senior stakeholders.
  • Log, track, and follow through on incidents and requests in the helpdesk platform, ideally Jira, while following escalation paths.
  • Maintain Windows and Mac device builds, keep hardware records current, and support the full device lifecycle.
  • Administer identity and access processes through Okta and support Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Use deployment and endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, and related tools for configuration, profiles, scripting, and rollout activities.
  • Deliver consistent day-to-day user support while contributing to automation and deployment improvements.
  • Apply strong experience with Autopilot, Intune, and Jamf to improve endpoint management.
  • Work with internal IT teams on technology implementation, testing, rollout, and new application deployment.
  • Ensure device images and endpoints are aligned with security and compliance expectations.
  • Support AV and video conferencing equipment and maintain dependable meeting-room technology.
  • Build effective working relationships within IT and stay productive under deadlines in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work independently with little supervision and communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends when needed, and the ability to support remote locations with occasional visits.
  • Strong time management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and deploying Windows 11 and macOS systems.
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and using helpdesk systems such as Jira.
  • Ability to package applications, apply patches, deploy operating systems, and manage support queries and reporting.
  • Experience administering tools such as Autopilot, Jamf, ManageEngine, or Microsoft Intune.
  • Capability to support remote users, troubleshoot printers and network issues, and work with ITIL concepts and advanced Microsoft 365 administration knowledge.
