Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

This is a newly established regional finance opportunity with a well-established multinational company. The position supports APAC performance management and is centered on regional corporate FP&A, reporting, and business support. You will work closely with regional leadership, global headquarters, and country finance teams, gaining broad exposure to regional operations and initiatives that improve processes across markets.

Core Responsibilities

The role covers regional corporate FP&A, including management reporting, consolidation, and the full cycle of forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will help coordinate with APAC, global HQ, and country finance teams to deliver accurate and timely reporting, while also supporting consistency and quality across markets. Monthly and quarterly performance review activities will also form part of the work.

In addition, you will support regional projects and business initiatives. This includes working with regional functions such as Supply Chain on finance analysis, contributing to cross-country improvement efforts, assisting with operational projects, spotting process enhancement opportunities, and tracking the progress of implementation. You may also be involved in ad hoc regional finance and business support tasks as needed.

Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, with CA or CPA preferred. A background in large multinational companies, especially in regional or global settings, is preferred. The role requires at least 4 years of experience in regional finance or FP&A, along with strong analytical ability and solid financial reporting skills. You should also be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.
