Role Summary

The SEM Analyst will be responsible for running and improving paid search activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This position blends campaign execution with performance analysis to maintain accurate budget delivery, solid tracking hygiene, and dependable reporting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and oversee always-on as well as promotional paid search campaigns using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor.
• Track spend closely and maintain healthy daily and monthly budget pacing.
• Apply campaign naming, structure, and tracking rules consistently across accounts.
• Handle platform issues and coordinate troubleshooting support when needed.
• Bring together reporting inputs from GA4, ERP systems, and Shopify exports to produce paid search performance updates.
• Maintain and improve Google Merchant Center product feeds.
• Use advanced Excel methods to study campaign results and support optimization decisions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in SEM or paid search management.
• Practical experience working with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Merchant Center.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and IF formulas.
• Exposure to e-commerce environments, with Shopify experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to solving problems.
