Role Overview
We are looking for an SAP Coordinator/SAP Specialist to support day-to-day ERP coordination, user assistance, and ongoing system maintenance in Surat, Gujarat. This position is suited to someone with solid SAP exposure and strong cross-functional coordination abilities.
What You Will Do
- Support the rollout, upkeep, and regular functioning of SAP-related activities.
- Help users resolve SAP issues and assist with basic system troubleshooting.
- Keep data entries accurate and ensure process adherence within SAP workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams as well as external SAP consultants to keep work moving smoothly.
- Draft reports, maintain documentation, and create training support material.
- Participate in upgrades, testing cycles, and ongoing process enhancements.
Experience Required
This role requires 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in SAP coordination, ERP support, or a closely related area.
Skills Needed
- Practical experience working with SAP modules and ERP platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to review business processes and recommend improvements.
- Comfort with MS Office applications and reporting tools.
