About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive for our growing Surat office to support the expansion of our SaaS offerings among agencies and small businesses across India. This position is an inside sales role that is fully office-based, so no field travel is expected. Leads will be handed over by the Sales Manager, and your focus will be to engage those prospects, uncover their business needs, explain the most suitable Refrens solution, and successfully convert them. You will not be responsible for generating your own lead pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of leads provided by the Sales Manager and run structured, result-focused sales discussions with them.
- Use discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and connect those needs to the right product capabilities.
- Show product demos that are clear, persuasive, and tailored to the client’s business context.
- Handle objections in a professional manner and move prospects through the entire sales process until closure.
- Work toward and consistently achieve individual revenue goals while contributing to broader team targets.
- Keep yourself updated on product changes, market trends, and competitor activity so your guidance remains accurate and current.
Candidate Profile
- A background in Business, Commerce, or a similar field is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong spoken communication skills in Hindi and/or English with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
- A goal-oriented attitude with genuine interest in sales, customer conversations, and business growth.
- Comfort with planning your time well, prioritising tasks, and working independently within a structured office setup.
- Basic exposure to CRM software or sales tools can help, but it is not a mandatory requirement.

- Fixed pay is positioned competitively against market rates in Surat.
- There is an uncapped monthly incentive plan; top performers can earn up to ₹25,000 per month in incentives in addition to base salary.
