Safety Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a Safety Supervisor to support site-level health, safety, and compliance activities for construction or industrial operations in Riyadh Region.

What the role involves

• Oversee day-to-day safety practices at the worksite and help maintain compliance with applicable rules and standards.
• Carry out risk reviews, safety checks, and follow-up actions to reduce hazards.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, then document findings and corrective measures.
• Build and enforce HSE procedures that suit site requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Prepare safety-related reports, permits, and supporting records accurately.
• Coordinate with teams and supervisors to promote safe work practices and timely implementation of controls.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Safety Supervisor role within construction or industrial projects.
• NEBOSH IG certification is mandatory.
• Practical familiarity with Saudi safety regulations and international HSE standards.
• Proven exposure to incident investigations, risk assessments, and on-site inspections.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in English; Arabic will be considered an advantage.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
• Must be able to work in Saudi Arabia and join either immediately or after a short notice period.
