Role overview
Atara Development is seeking a Relationship Manager to promote and sell premium real estate projects in Dubai. The position focuses on off-plan residential developments, client engagement, and building strong connections with investors, buyers, and brokerage partners.
Key responsibilities
- Present and market high-end off-plan residential units to prospective buyers.
- Lead property tours, deliver project briefings, and handle client meetings both online and face to face.
- Develop and nurture a strong portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to shape and implement sales plans.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and performance indicators.
- Maintain productive long-term relationships with brokers to support repeat business and ongoing partnerships.
Mandatory requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales.
- A demonstrated history of closing off-plan property sales.
- A current network of 150 or more agencies and brokers.
- Strong command of English plus one additional language, with Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Must be ready to join immediately or on short notice.
- Good understanding of sales workflows and CRM tools.
Compensation and benefits
- Fixed salary of AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month, based on background and experience.
- Commission structure includes 0.8% on indirect sales and 3% on direct sales.
- Parking space will be provided to the selected Relationship Manager.

Additional information
