Role overview
An opportunity is available for a seasoned business leader to step into a Regional Director position within the restoration industry. The ideal candidate is someone who has personally owned, run, or overseen a thriving service business and enjoys guiding others toward stronger performance and growth. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
This is a remote leadership role focused on supporting franchise owners across a defined region in the Continental United States. In this position, you will act as a coach, advisor, and strategic partner, helping owners strengthen their operations, improve profitability, and uphold consistent standards throughout the network.
The role involves working with franchise owners throughout the full business lifecycle, from launch and early development to scaling operations and building long-term profitability. The best fit for this role will be a servant leader with practical business-building experience and a genuine interest in helping entrepreneurs succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Guide franchise owners with strategic coaching and day-to-day operational support.
- Help franchisees create and implement plans that improve sales, margins, and overall business performance.
- Analyze monthly financial statements and offer direction that supports healthier profitability.
- Support owners in resolving business challenges, addressing operational issues, and advancing key initiatives.
- Encourage compliance with brand expectations and the franchise system.
- Provide leadership and support to the network during catastrophe-related events.
- Build trusted, long-term advisory relationships with franchise owners across your region.
Candidate profile
The preferred candidate brings experience from owning, operating, or managing a growing service business. Strong financial understanding is important, including the ability to read and interpret business financial statements. Background in restoration, construction, or property services is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Successful candidates should have a coaching-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships. A genuine interest in mentoring entrepreneurs and helping businesses grow is essential.
Work expectations
This role is remote and requires approximately 1 to 2 weeks of travel each month within the assigned territory. Depending on business demands and catastrophe events, occasional evening or weekend availability may also be needed.
