Built by athletes Shahrukh Amin and Ronak Panoly, the organization aims to create an energetic community setting centered on sport, wellness, and social engagement.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist position based in Dubai. The role focuses on welcoming guests, handling arrivals and bookings, responding to calls and walk-in questions, and guiding visitors to the right areas or team members. It also involves routine front desk administration, record maintenance, schedule support, and sharing accurate information about the venue’s facilities, events, and services.
Key Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a professional first impression at the front desk.
- Manage check-ins, reservations, and booking-related queries.
- Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries with clear and helpful communication.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate staff, service area, or facility.
- Carry out day-to-day clerical support such as maintaining records and updating schedules.
- Provide correct information about the venue, activities, events, and available services.
- Help maintain a friendly and organized reception area.
- Work closely with coaching, operations, and café teams to ensure smooth daily coordination.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong client-facing communication and customer service ability.
- Previous experience in reception, front desk support, or similar hospitality roles.
- Good phone etiquette and professional interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling basic office administration and record-keeping.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
- Ability to multitask in a busy sports and lifestyle setting.
- Prior exposure to hospitality, sports clubs, or leisure venues is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or administrative training is a plus.
